What is the cost of the translation?
The translation cost is a result of the amount of words of the original document multiplied with the cost per source word depending on the language combination, for example 300 words x $ 0.10 = $30.00. To calculate the number of words of your document(s), click here. If your translation is official, then the cost of certification will be added, depending on the case and number of documents. For example: for 1 document of 300 words: 300 x $0.10 = $30 + certified fee.
To complete the translation service, how much time is needed?
It depends on the word count. A reasonable timeframe is needed to finish the translation service. As an average, translators can translate 3000-5000 words daily.
How to receive the completed translations?
Whenever a translation service is finished, it will be sent directly to the email you used to contact us and/or to provide your quote as an email attachment.
How to change the payment method?
Depending on the country you are based on, there are several ways via which you can pay directly on our site using your debit or credit card, PayPal, or direct wire transfer. If you need to change your pre-selected payment method, you can send us an e-mail thus informing us about the new one. *Don’t forget to include the Order Number into your e-mail.
